Mark W. Green
Mark W. Green is the Chief Delivery Officer for North America at Digital Quantum.
Mr. Green is a Global Digital Transformation Leader who has led major enterprise change management technology programs at several global Capital Markets firms. He pioneered the creation of a new IT department focused on Enterprise Data as a discipline. He was the regional head of multiple IT departments in Tokyo, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore, and Mumbai.
Upon returning to the US after the global financial crisis, Mr. Green took on Risk Management roles developing an enterprise-wide vendor management program and operational risk assessments for subsidiaries around the globe, as well as their Shanghai offshore program. For the US securities depository, Mr. Green was the Program and Development Manager for a new business line creating OTC derivatives repositories in three locations around the world (NY, Amsterdam, and Singapore).
Mr. Green has been based in New York, Geneva, and Tokyo in operational and IT management and architecture roles. Mr. Green has led multi-year programs with multi-million budgets and staff sizes up to 400 engineers.
Mr. Green has decades of experience in managing large Offshore & Onsite Delivery Teams across India, North America, Europe and Asia. For his first employer he helped create a Canadian near-shore capability. Most recently Mr. Green was COO and Co-Founder at L4S Corp. – a NY start-up which has designed and developed a unique Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) based on its patented IP.
Mr. Green earned an S.B. in Aeronautics and Astronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He is a graduate of and former Training Manager in Morgan Stanley’s acclaimed IT Training Program.
